The established company has celebrated its anniversary at the limestone quarry in Hahnstätten

After more than a year in the planning, the established Rhineland-based Schaefer Kalk GmbH & Co. KG had its anniversary celebrations against a phenomenal natural backdrop at the company HQ in Hahnstätten between August 31 and September 4, 2010.

At a depth of more than 50 metres at the foot of the Merschel limestone quarry in Hahnstätten, the approx. 3,000 m² tent landscape - comprising a large tent measuring 30x55m, two JAIMA 10M tents along with 26 Highlight 5M party tents and 3 Highlight 4M party tents - was erected in just six days.

The festivities spanned three days.
The first evening was celebrated with more than 300 invited guests from industry and politics, including Federal Minister for Trade and Industry, Rainer Brüderle, and the Rhineland Palatinate Minister of the Interior, Karl Peter Bruch.

The following day was reserved for customers and employees.
On the final day, Schaefer Kalk invited guests to a fabulous "open day" event: in the small exhibition tents surrounding the main tent, visitors were able to inform themselves of the history of the venerable family enterprise.

The furniture was supplied by our partner Party Rent. The artistic and musical design was provided by Move GmbH - Show und Media-Production.
The overall responsibility was with the Frankfurt-based Eventagentur PP.
